development business incorporated in 1984 in the state of
Virginia.  The company founders (a mathematician, a
physicist, and a chemical engineer) made it their objective
to supply the small business, local school, and local
government market place with  state-of-the-art computer
science, engineering, and management.

one for each of it's business areas, namely:
